sports Boot Camp!

Boot Camp is Mondays and Thursdays at 6 PM on the turf side

Class is never the same workout. New workouts every week, testing the group in endurance, strength, and mobility. Boot Camp consists of:

  • tire flips
  • battle ropes
  • sleds
  • box jumps

And guess what? It has these too: core, barbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, and so much more!
